At Blue Ridge, prototype building design means several things. It can mean a freestanding new construction project where the prototype building design is "site-adapted" for a specific location. Or, it can be a restaurant or retail space in a mall or shopping centewhere prototypical elements are adjusted to meet a specific function and "look" in a unique footprint location. Or, it can be an existing restaurant that needs remodeling to mimic the branding the latest prototype.
We do not approach Prototype Architecture as “COOKIE CUTTER” we feel that it is our responsibility to actually make better drawings. Better more concise drawings achieve less confusion and a better product in the field. This can eliminate unnecessary change orders due to poor drawing clarification.
